For everyone out there looking to learn more about the beautiful voice behind the meditations for The Experience, I am overjoyed to introduce you to Jaki Reynolds! Jaki has been a yoga and meditation student and teacher for over 15 years and brings a beautiful perspective of what meditation truly is.
In this conversation Jaki shares her story of how she got into yoga and meditation and the impact it has had in her life. We took time to discuss the individual meditations that we chose for The Experience, to give you a feel of what to expect as well as to give a better understanding of how these meditations tie into the intentional Gratitude initiative.
