Hello and Welcome to In Pursuit of Gratosis®, my name is Shannon Missimer! For the past four years I have been on a journey to live life differently, to stop chasing happiness as defined by the world, and instead live life in pursuit of Gratosis®. Gratosis| The state, process or condition of Gratitude. My mission with this podcast is to share my personal journey of what Gratosis® means to me and how it has impacted and shaped my life and the life of my family. To share research done by incredible scientists to dive into the science of Gratitude. And to connect with other individuals who have chosen to live their life differently whether personally or professionally. My hope in sharing my story of remembering that there is more than one way to live this is life, is that it might encourage you to explore your life in different ways knowing that you are not alone in your journey of living life in pursuit of Gratosis®.
